Once your item has been shipped and tracking information has been provided house of lz, Inc. is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

All orders typically process and ship out within 2-3 business days


Selecting an upgraded shipping option will not decrease the time it takes to process orders, it only speeds up shipping.

However, some orders do require extra time to prepare/fulfill, and be reassured that house of LZ will contact you if there seems to be any unusual delays. 



What's your Return/Refund/Exchange Policy?

Please kindly take note: Returns and exchanges are accepted up to 15 days from the stamped date of shipment.
Items MUST be in original condition and have all tags still attached. Please include our packing slip (invoice) and state if you would like to exchange or return.
Refunds are issued to original form of payment within the 15 days from stamped date. If post marked after the 15 days store credit will be issued.
Customer is responsible for return shipping. house of lz is not responsible for any shipping fees or lost/untraceable shipments,  we recommend mailing your return using a carrier that offers tracking services.
PLEASE NOTE: All return or exchange merchandise must be in it's original condition with tag attached. All items must be New, Unworn, Unwashed, no visible signs of wear such as: makeup, deodorant stains, fragrances, etc. 
Exchanges must be for the same item or a different item of the same value. 

All accessories, jewelry, and sale items are Final Sale.
Please understand that returns or exchanges that do not comply with our return policy will be shipped back.
